- Eligibility for Refunds
1.1 Custom Products:
Due to the nature of custom apparel products, we cannot offer refunds for items that have been personalized or customized (e.g., with logos, names, or specific designs) unless there is a defect in the product or a significant deviation from the approved design.
1.2 Non-Custom Products:
For non-customized items (e.g., blank t-shirts), you may request a refund if the product is returned in its original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact, within 14 days of receipt.
1.3 Defective or Incorrect Products:
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product, providing details and photos of the issue.
- Conditions for Refunds
2.1 Original Condition:
Products must be returned in their original condition, without signs of wear, washing, or alteration. Custom products must match the original specifications agreed upon during the order process.
2.2 Proof of Purchase:
To process a refund, we require a receipt, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase. This helps us verify your transaction and expedite your refund request.
2.3 Return Shipping:
For non-defective products, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

- Cancellations
5.1 Custom Orders:
Orders for custom products can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order as long as production has not commenced. After this period, cancellations are not permitted as production may have already begun.
5.2 Non-Custom Orders:
Non-custom orders can be canceled before the product is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, you can request a return following the guidelines above.
