We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we want to make the return process as smooth as possible. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you can return products purchased from us.
- Eligibility for Returns
1.1 Custom Products:
Due to the personalized nature of custom apparel products, we generally do not accept returns for items that have been customized (e.g., with logos, names, or specific designs). However, if the product is defective or significantly differs from the approved design, you may be eligible for a return or exchange.
1.2 Non-Custom Products:
For non-customized items (e.g., blank t-shirts), you may return the product if it is in its original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact, within 14 days of receipt.
1.3 Defective or Incorrect Products:
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, providing details and photos of the issue.
- Return Conditions
2.1 Original Condition:
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, with no signs of wear, washing, or alteration. The original packaging and any tags must also be intact.
2.2 Proof of Purchase:
To process your return, we require a receipt, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase. This helps us verify your transaction and expedite the return process.
2.3 Return Shipping Costs:
For non-defective products, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Return Process
3.1 Initiating a Return:

3.2 Return Authorization:
Once we receive your return request, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include this RMA number on your return package to help us track your return and process it efficiently.
3.3 Inspection and Refund:
Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
3.4 Partial Returns:
If only part of an order is returned, or if the product is not in its original condition, we may issue a partial refund.

- Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or style, please initiate the return process as outlined above and specify your exchange request. We will send the replacement product to you, subject to availability. If the desired product is unavailable, we will issue a refund.
- Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for the return of the defective or incorrect product and provide a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
- Cancellations
7.1 Custom Orders:
Orders for custom products can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations are not permitted as production may have already begun.
7.2 Non-Custom Orders:
Non-custom orders can be canceled before the product is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, you can request a return following the guidelines above.
